Refund policy

Because Choose Wildlife, Inc. is a charitable organization, each print purchase supports our conservation mission and helps fund future wildlife grants. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

Damage or quality issues
We are committed to top-notch quality. If your print arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a clear defect or quality issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery at tianjiu@choosewildlife.org

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the print, and photos of the packaging if damage occurred in transit

Resolution
After review, we may offer a replacement print or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
